Can’t use Face ID, transactions are not order of when they actually occurred and original dates are not included once done pending. Worst banking app ever. Can’t wait to leave this bank.

New password every other week
This is terrible literally every other week I have to make a new password because it keeps telling me it is invalid yet it’s the same password I used 20 minutes before. This has happened so many times already it’s like the more you use it the sooner it wants you to make a new password very annoying
Update: original it was just annoying now I have been locked out of my account I literally have used the same password every time I login and it randomly decided it won’t work any more and to lock my account now I don’t receive emails or texts so I have to go into the bank to verify myself even though I work during their business hours. Ridiculous bring back the old app

Very easy to use and navigate through the app and even in store. Friendly sales associates! 10/10
Face ID
I wish the Face ID worked. Having to sign in and get a code every time is annoying. They have the option for the Face ID to work but it never works.

Does not show daily balance in text , or quick connection.
Almost perfect
This app is mostly great, it is user friendly once you get into the app. Unfortunately the face recognition sign in option does not work even when you give it access, so signing in is a bit cumbersome.
logging into app
why is that every time i login to the app it makes me verify and get a code to even get into the app. the old app never was like this. if i ask for faceid i expect it just to be face id, not a text code every time.
Needs Improvement
My facial recognition never works, it doesn’t even try, no matter how many times I turned it in.
Face Recognition
I would like if this app allowed you to log on using face recognition like the previous app had. Otherwise very useful and friendly app.
Better before update.
Transaction list was more intuitive, and mobile deposits worked so much better prior to the recent update.
Budget Tools
Love the new app but really need budget tools like the old app had where it categorized where my money goes. 😩

New banking app not as good as the old one
Face ID no longer works to sign in on the new app despite turning on the feature multiple times. Navigating the app is also more confusing than the previously used interface.
Face ID glitch
The Face ID won’t stay turned on. Have to redo it each time that I log into my app
Mobile Deposit
Overall this app is great minus the mobile deposit feature. The old app I had no issues depositing checks. Now it either won’t accept the actual attempt to deposit or it does and later the deposit gets rejected with no reason

New app
This app doesn’t update nearly as fast as the old one or the bank isnt posting nearly as fast.
Password reset.
I find it VERY annoying that you now only have to enter your password incorrect one time and you get locked out of your account. And then the "password reset link" never sends so I have to call the help line. Seriously considering switching banks.
