Really like the dependability of this app and it sure does help keeping the accounts in order. Clean app.
High fees poor service.
BankProv use to be a great bank. Since they lost millions recklessly investing in cryptocurrency they are clawing back their losses by charging customers high fees. A bank has a fiduciary duty to be responsible with clients money, not gamble it recklessly on crypto.
The Worst Banking App Ever 🤮
SO BAD. The UI is hard to get around, everything is buggy, it signs you out constantly, and even worse, I can't see when anything has been added or withdrawed from my account. What a crappy app. And I can't use my card with Apple Pay!! 🤮🤮

Doesn’t work with iOS 17
Stopped working after updating to iOS 17. Will not open. Just a never ending spinner.
Update 10/20/23: can’t use with VPN. Was working fine before updating to iOS 17 but now have to disconnect VPN to use banking app.

A review
This bank is exceptionally good in every way. Whether I need someone on the phone or have to come in to any of the branches, I am greeted with a friendly voice or face. They have always been professional, courteous and efficient. A bank is a bank, but the it’s the people you have facing the public that makes it a great bank!

No mobile deposit for us means cash flow for them
No mobile deposit. Fewer banks and atms. 3-5 days for deposits to clear = $$$$$. For bankprov

How is it possible to have such poor mobile app in 2021? This app used to be manageable however it is now basically unusable.

I cannot make mobile deposits w this app???? Asked the bank for help and was told to refresh or delete and download again. Didnt work. Fiserv needs to fix their app!!
Deposits Aren’t Safe!
BankProv is illegally holding my money and did not notify me beforehand. You can not trust this bank with your money. App is bad, too. Pick any other bank.

MAJOR TECHNICAL ISSUES
Very stressful to see a bank have this many technical issues with their app. Makes me feel highly concerned having my money with a company that’s not advanced enough to have a proper banking app.

This is Awful just plan awful. Try to deposit a check take 2-5 times. Now I can’t log in. Did I forget to say Awful.
Worst banking app you can imagine
I can actually log in about 3 times a month other than that it makes me sign in then will just tell me my session has failed, my session expired (I always wonder how this is possible as i haven’t even seen my bank account yet). Face ID will turn off and/or just not work. The UI is so terribly ugly and outdated. I don’t have enough time to go.

I’m totally frustrated with this!!!
Ever since I got the new app I can not do a mobile deposit of my checks. I have unloaded it and reloaded it twice ..... still not working.

I have use the Providents app for years without a problem.Since the update it has been horrible to use. And now in the last couple weeks it won’t even load.
