Can not access app

Ever since your latest update I can not even open the app on my iPhone. When I call for support I was told that it was no longer compatible with my iPhone 12. It worked fine before the update.

There is no charge for the app itself. However, your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply when using the app.

Who is eligible to use the MyProvident Mobile app?

You must be an existing Provident Bank customer and be enrolled in Provident Bank's Online Banking to use this app. If you are not yet enrolled in Online Banking, you can sign up by visiting www.myprovident.com.

How do I deposit a check using the app?

To deposit a check, simply select the deposit option within the app, snap a photo of the front and back of your endorsed check, and follow the on-screen instructions. The app will guide you through the process.

Can I pay bills through the MyProvident Mobile app?
