Very disappointed that every time I want to deposit a check online the service is down!

Disappointing update

I like this bank and I like the app but I don’t understand why the pending transactions keep disappearing. I also wish, when the pending transactions are listed, that they would tell you what it’s for instead of just the amount. After losing three days of banking for the Labor Day update this is disappointing. 3 1/2 stars.

Ok debit card is not working with my pin number

Be honest, not having a good experience with this Bank at all my pin number that originally is not working with my debit card! Then I have $25 in the bank then I get charged somehow from this company that wasn’t supposed to charge me $97 and I have a overdraft and now they want to charge me $50 more on top of it gotta be kidding me it should’ve never happened in the first place I’m very confused with this bank going to go to the bank tomorrow and try to work this out or I’m actually withdrawing everything from it in closing the account!

Horrible updated app

This app is absolutely garbage after the so called update they did over Labor Day weekend. I cannot figure out what my pending transactions are because only amounts are given, not where the amount went to. “Posted” transactions are listed as pending according to customer service. It makes no sense.

Slowest in the game

Post charges and clears checks the slowest out of all banking apps, very dated.
