Terrible platform
The online platform and the App are terrible and do not seem to communicate. The app call out for a different password than what you use for the online platform. I just tested this out twice and confirmed.
Check deposit
No star. Terrible experience. IT department needs TO GO. Now don’t get me started on not supporting ZELL. Forced to give it a start to be able to send.
Please have some redevelops this app
This app is extremely disappointing considering that it’s a bank app. This app can be so much better and if they really decided to invest some money into their own product I think bank United can have all a lot more potential. Please consider getting a new developer.
Mobile Deposit
The mobile deposit feature is terrible. Getting checks to deposit should evoke a positive emotion but instead I dread it. It’s not unusual for me to waste an hour or more to deposit a single check. I get error messages back to back about how the endorsement cannot be read and my endorsement is a stamp that’s clear as day. I have my personal accounts at 3 other banks and none of them give me these issues.

Constant Errors
Mobile deposit gives error messages frequently and I end up have to go to a branch.
