No password reset option
The main problem with this app is there is no way to reset your password. Every other bank application has a password reset option except for this one. If you need to reset your password, you need to wait until a branch opens up and call them and have a live customer service rep help you reset the password.
This would be significantly improved and save a lot of people a lot of time and save the bank. A lot of wasted labor to just put a password reset option into the application or into the website.

I have never been able to use the app as I never get a text message with the code.
