App is junk. Says to update it but it’s updated. Doesn’t work. When I do have access, none of my documents are available under my account. Took forever to even get that futile footprint online. What am I paying for again?

IRA Financial just released a new version. It’s aligned with their website and web app. I love the new app, it’s very easy to use!
Crash crash crash
The latest update (16 July) crashes when you try to navigate to anything after the initial home screen is displayed. Worthless.
Don’t count on it working
Used to be a ghetto, poorly formatted link farm. Now it’s a ghetto poorly formatted link farm that doesn’t allow you to log in.
