App is junk. Says to update it but it’s updated. Doesn’t work. When I do have access, none of my documents are available under my account. Took forever to even get that futile footprint online. What am I paying for again?

Crash crash crash
The latest update (16 July) crashes when you try to navigate to anything after the initial home screen is displayed. Worthless.
Don’t count on it working
Used to be a ghetto, poorly formatted link farm. Now it’s a ghetto poorly formatted link farm that doesn’t allow you to log in.

Don’t walk, RUN away from signing up with these guys. The app is garbage and you can’t even read all the documents they want you to e-sign before you do so. Would have preferred they just send me the PDF’s or use a website. Their “on boarding” process is convoluted and takes forever, with emails coming in from various random people at the company with little explanation of how any of the stuff works. Just an endless onslaught of papers to sign over a span of 3-5 weeks. Really regret signing up with them but it’s a sunk cost at this point.

Total waste of time for EXISTING clients
If you already have an account then this app is a waste of time because it doesn’t allow you to add your existing account. Worse yet, the chat help is a connection to an unrelated chat “call center” and those people don’t have a clue about which company you’re discussing because they take calls for numerous companies.
