Your check deposit capture system leaves a lot to be desired. It constantly states it canโt see things that are there.
New app
This new app is great, thereโs always new updates and enhancements. Little by little I noticed improvements and Iโm loving it

Dark mode adaptation UI
Include Dark mode, which is great. However, the app icon does not change in dark mode. It would be nice if the icon also adapted to dark mode for a more consistent look. Please consider adding this feature. ๐๐ฑ

I absolutely love BankUnited. Their customer service is great. The app works well for balances, mobile deposits, and now they just added Zelle. Love it.
Most Useless Banking App
This application is worthless, crashes constantly and requires that I remove my Authenticator App. Why?? The marketing genius who came up with this App should be fired. And the IT team leader who wrote it should go back to school.. the App just does not work. Iโm closing my accounts.

ฤฐt is too dark background. Too small letters. Not easy to use

App isnโt updating the spending transactions
After the weekend upgrade, the app isnโt updating transactions on the account - it updates the amount of the money but you canโt see transactions for the day as pending like it used to be before!

Why is the background black ? Makes no sense .
Very difficult to print on paper with a black background . Seems programmers and management had no idea that type should be dark with background white .
Hate the new online banking
Too confusing. Seems the choice was for look and not functionality.
Wish they would go back to old. Most of your needs could be solved from one screen not in this new system!!! You gotta dig deep to get the simplest things done.

Horrible
Every time I try to use this app to login, it never recognizes my username or password that I enter. Then, I have to reset it and then even after I reset, it doesnโt recognize me. This is the most frustrating and horribly designed app Iโve ever used.
