Not intuitive
This app can be hard to use at times. It’s easy to forget how to find your bank account number, if I select transfer/pay it automatically selects my savings account which ruins my bonus interest for this month if I don’t remember to change it. You can’t payID/osko anyone which means you have to wait for 2 days for all payments to clear when you send money to a friend but you can receive it instantly if you give someone your payID. Basically this app needs a major overhaul and would only be considered modern if this was 2015.

Osko don’t work for some reason
Doesn’t shift to landscape on my iPad
I’m annoyed by this at least half the time, the other half I’m successfully practising patience, because it 100% inconvenient. I have a terrific keypad on my iPad tough cover, and I can’t use it in landscape. Five stars for sure if this ever gets fixed.
