Avoid this combination of Banorte Link and Uniteller at all costs. I added $1,500 to my account, and while the funds were immediately withdrawn from my personal checking account, it took several days for them to appear in my e-wallet. After contacting customer service, the funds were finally credited—but my account was immediately suspended.
It’s been a week of contacting them almost daily, yet I still have no access to my e-wallet, nor have I received a refund. I am very disappointed with their service and the complete lack of accountability. Too bad I can’t give zero stars!

Pésimo servicio
No usen esta app, hice un envío hace tres días. Se suponía que en máximo una hora el dinero sería enviado y nada. He hablado al servicio al cliente. He llenado formularios, les he enviado toda la documentación que me han pedido y el dinero sigue sin llegar al destinatario y obviamente a mí ya me lo descontaron de mi cuenta.
