This really is a convenient service for tracking down those bottles you’ve been dying to try. On one of my first interactions with this app I had some trouble with an order being taken, but never shipped. But, once my concern came to light, the customer support team for this app was really good about reaching out to me to make sure the problem was fixed. So I’m updating my review to reflect my confidence in continuing to use the app.

Good stores
I live in Manhattan and there’s a lot of choice about wines stores. All the best ones are on this app. It means that when I buy a wine it arrives in good condition. I’ve been burned before when wines are wrecked because of shipping. Not here though.

Glitchy & awkward
I want to love this app, but it's a mess — bugs, bad ux, weird navigation. Many things I wish were more finessed and loved here, but no.:(
Needs improvements
You cannot add more than one to your wish list or favorites. It only saves your most recent selection there. Do not recommend.
Useful app, good user interface
Good integration with Delectable. Search and browsing are fast. User interface is good, but when swiping back to merchant list, the list always starts with first merchant, not where you left off on the merchant list. For example, if you're browsing retailers at the end of the list, the app requires you to scroll all the way back down to the where you were. Also, it would help if app identified shipping costs with merchant information. After retail price, shipping cost is the most important information when determining which merchant to order from because of its effect on price per bottle.

Disappointed I can't use this.
Can't use to send wine as a gift
App is easy to use with some unique seller options. However, I chose some wines, and got all of the way through checkout to find that sending as a gift (i.e hiding prices) is not an option. This is a fatal flaw considering this is the main reason I wanted to use the app and will not consider having the recipient see the invoice with pricing. Correct this, and it's a 5 star app.

Easy to choose
A great way to pick out new wines to explore. Instead of blind stabs, you have the benefit of many non-biased users to help select.
What once was great now is not.
Used to be an awesome wine identification and review app. Now all that and all the community is just gone. Such a disappointment.
