I haven’t even been on my trip yet and I can’t thank Lance and the team enough. This app is exactly what you pre and on holiday. A chance to plan ahead and get the answers you don’t have. Truly fantastic.
Invaluable Resource
We found this app a few years ago when we were planning our first trip to Bansko. The video blog and snow reports are excellent and Lance and the team do a great job. It is a fantastic resource being able to check the cams in one place, see the weather conditions and get and give advice to fellow travellers. We booked our meals through this app which worked well too. Thanks for continuing to run and update it. We used it again this year for our trip.

For anyone visiting Bansko, use this app. It has everything you need including Lift/Piste openings, Live Cameras, Weather and a community area for discussion and advice.

Fantastic App
We have relied on this App for years. Invaluable, up to date information. Easy to navigate. First app I look at each morning, especially on the run up to a holiday in Bansko. Lance does a fantastic job, we love his regular vlogs. Definitely worth downloading.
Gem of an App
We’ve visited the Alps before but never Bansko, Bulgaria. The app has provided us with a vast array of information, reassured us about the unknown and has prepared us and got us excited for our trip. Thanks all behind the scenes keep up the good work we’ll be checking in whilst in resort.
THE place to easily sort your Bansko Trip
I have been a long time follower of Bansko Blog on YouTube/Socials for the snow reports, tips and updates throughout the season. Loving the vlogs!
We booked our private airport transfers through the App this year and our driver Boris was an absolute legend who got us there and back in good time, he was even happy for us to get a much needed McDonald’s coffee stop on the way.
Bumped into Lance on the mountain this year and had a nice chat with him and just wanted to write a review on here to show appreciation for Bansko Blog and everything you guys are doing. I also don’t think driver Boris has Instagram lol (where Lance kindly gave him a shout out), so here’s a 5 star rating for driver Boris please, a true champion.
I would thoroughly recommend booking via the app, confirmation is immediate with all the details sent by email too. We will most definitely be back next year and booking transfers, ski hire etc easily through the app, Cheers!!!

Brilliant Experience
I have used the app for the last three years as a reliable source of information and advice but it really came into its own this year when we decided to stray from the relative safety of full catering with passes and ski hire all sorted. We used Ski Mania for all our hire and instruction needs and had a really positive experience. I can’t tell you how much difference a ‘can-do’ attitude and a smile and a welcome at the start and end of the day made to our party. Thanks to Lance and everyone who has a part it in the app. Very highly recommended.

Great Bansko App. Still find all useful after coming to Bansko for the past 20 years!
Super helpful
App has been super helpful before & during holiday. We used app to book our transfers pre holiday, which was very easy & good value compared to competitors. We found cheaper ski hire elsewhere but everything else on the app was top notch. Would also recommend their YouTube channel - very handy for pre-holiday info.
