Another day another lesson how stupid and crooked Bulgarians are, you can even book in advance and pay but if the don’t feel like showing up they won’t and they won’t warn you. Just no car.

Nonexistent customer support

The app does not recognize the email that has been used in my registration which practically renders the app and its services unusable. I received no help from their customer support call centre - the explanation was that the app support is handled by a foreign company which can only be reached via email and there is no guarantee if/when they would reply and fix the problem. You would be better off just using TaxiMe or a different taxi service.
