This app works great except for one issue that I’m not sure if anyone else is experiencing. Every time I place an order, it initially tells me that it can’t reach the server, but will keep trying. Shortly after that, my order submits fine.
DO NOT ORDER THRU APP, CANT TRUST EMPLOYEES TO EVEN MAKE IT
Just go order in person, they’ll waste your time if you try and order through this since they decided that confirming orders in person was a good idea
Mobile pick up
It would be more convenient to have time frame windows for pickup. Perhaps, a customer can choose their pickup time based on 15 min intervals. Until then, I have to wait until the exact right time to order, have my food ready and back to work. Thanks.

I’ve reached out to Barberitos to request to receive credit for our dine in purchase but haven’t heard back from them.
No way to order drink
No way to order a drink or green salsa.

I didn’t go to my usual location. The app said I didn’t have any previous orders. A big plus when I ordered at my usual location was to repeat my previous order without having to input everything.
App is terrible
I ordered from the app once before and it had both locations in my town on the app. So I recently deleted the app and downloaded it again and it’s not pulling up with locations. The app needs to be updated
Family favorite 😊
Our family was beyond happy when barberitos in Boone N.C. reopened ! We are consistently pleased with great food and customer service that is unmatched!! Well done 🥰 from the Combs family

I feel like the app could be a lot better. Sometimes when an order is placed the info does not relay to the printer in store and items have been left off of my burrito. It’s a super generic app.
Worthless
Couldn’t find our local store. Was unable to order ahead for pic up. So what’s the point?

Garbage app
There is no way to view order status. You cannot even see if your order was placed successfully. It does not notify you when the order is complete. And there is no way of cancelling double orders due to this trash design. Would not recommend. Like ever. The food is decent tho.

No way to schedule a pickup time. You get the time the app assigns. Currently waiting 25 minutes past ready time.
