Accessibility is not great in the my ticket section of the app when using voiceover so please update the app

Awful app. Your tickets are ready. But then login and no tickets associated SFA I want a full refund if this doesn’t work soon ! RUBBISH
What a scam
Just want our info , what if my phone dies or have no data/signal how can I make it to the game , can’t even print them off from the app. NOT EVERYONE HAS A SMART PHONE

Done an update and all previous tickets emails etc have disappeared???
Works perfect
Only talking from my own experience but I find the app to be excellent. I’ve been at every home Scotland game since the introduction of the app and it’s given me easy smooth access to the stadium every single time. I’ve also had tickets sent to me over the app and that’s so easy.
The problem with any queues comes from people not using it properly, having the brightness up enough etc. people love to hate on this and the stadium, I don’t get it!

App is trash
This app is literally dog water, don’t know why they would go down this route absolute fumble from the clowns at the top of this circus we call the sfa
Why was this necessary?
Can’t see it as anymore than a grab for consumer data. There’s a required consent for processing of data for tickets and “activity” around purchase, what is this? It all feels very vague, and intentionally so. Not a fan!
The worst
The worst stadium in the world now delivers the worst ticketing system and no alternatives. Well done hemp den,just when u can’t get any worse, on sink any lower,you go snd pull something as consumer unfriendly as this. Thank god Scotland are awful so I don’t need to follow international football. Having to deal with you and your horrible app more than 3 or 4 times a year is more than enough. As always I hope this stadium burns to the ground and you are forced to build a proper one, but now I can add your ticketing system to the many reasons YOU have given us all to hate you.

Pointless. Just like the SFA itself
An app by committee of ever there was one. Why does it exist at all?
Go electronic is good but use tools we already have. Yet another app I’m forced to download to use at most four times a year.
Registration uses none of the contact hooks available do you need to type everything in manually.
Even the name is too big to be useful on the small screen is designed for.

Dire SFA
Garbage app that totally complicates tickets for semi.Trying to link up to club website/email addresses of our group etc is a nightmare. Typically awful backward SFA.
Terrible app
Terrible app and terrible process to buy and get you tickets. They have made it so difficult to the point i dont want to go to the game anymore. Even worse if you have kids cause then you meed a separa account for all of them. Surely there must be a better way. Disappointed

Perhaps if it worked, I would be able to give a proper review but I have downloaded this twice and all I guess is the home screen.
Why?
I don’t want another app to display my tickets , and gleam my details for advertising bull that I don’t want or need. STOP IT. Your not making anyone’s life easier. I will print off my ticket and bring it to the game. We all aren’t phone addicts at 20 as for the older fans they don’t want constant digital dealings. You don’t deserve 1 star so count yourself lucky you had to receive one
