Terrible user experience
BUGs everywhere, so slow to load.
Not user friendly
The online website provides wrong instructions and CS is not extant
Better, but still terrible
The app doesn’t lag as much as it used to but after completing my 4 years at uni, I am so glad that I don’t have to use it again.
BUCS Play is a mess, it takes a day and an age to register and once you do, it then takes another chunk of time to find your team.
I get that it’s having to balance every single university sporting society within the UK on its website, but you really have to go out of your way to ensure that every single player within your team has committed to the effort of navigating through the app and successfully joined your team on the database.
It’s a lot of effort for something that in all honesty, should be automated through respective universities once you’ve paid for society memberships.
If you’re partaking in one of the elite competitions e.g. BUCS Super Rugby, then it’s significantly easier to navigate than if you’re in the lower divisions.

Abusively intrusive
To register it contains a list of obligatory questions that make the census look straightforward.
Why do I have to tell you the occupation of the main wage earner in my household when I was 14 in order to look at fixtures?

Worst app ever
Come on BUCS please do better! It crashes all the time and then just will not work at all. Adds stress to the already stressful student athlete life
