Worst app ever
Come on BUCS please do better! It crashes all the time and then just will not work at all. Adds stress to the already stressful student athlete life
THE WORST APP
This app is completely pointless. Not one thing on it works. It continually forgets what sports/ comps you’re in and anytime you press on ANY BUTTON it says “something went wrong”. Literally the worst app I have ever used. The whole thing needs remaking from scratch. It is AWFUL

Unusable
app and website have been unusable for years. navigation is impossible. good luck trying to find your team, league, sport, results etc. UI and UX are awful
Does not work
Something is always going wrong. I recently signed up for a membership and I went to join a nearby gym, and I got a error saying something went wrong. But a couple of days ago I could at least see the venues that are near me. So I went to the gym to see if I could join there, paid £6 for parking, went to the desk and they said I had to use the app. So that was a wasted trip and a waste of motivation.

Crashes beyond use
This app simply does not work, it constantly has error messages and crashes every three seconds. It needs a lot of work.

Buggy
Buggy app. They don’t reply when you contact them about it. Poor customer service. Use the main website instead of this low quality app.
Start over
This is genuinely one of the worst apps I have ever had the displeasure of using and would prefer malware. I have had to use this app for the past 3 years and it is worse now than it was then, because at least I could access the app. For the past two weeks, no matter which network, hotspot, or mobile data I use, the app says “no internet connection”, so I redownloaded the app and when asked to log in again, it says my account doesn’t exist ???? Remake the app from scratch because trying to organise teams using this awful site is taking years off my life.

Doesn’t let you spell irish/scottish names correctly
Scottish/Irish Surnames can’t be spelt properly as it won’t let you capitalize the letter after the MacX or McX unless you leave a space like Mac X or Mc X which is incorrect. please could you fix this and allow all with wrongly spelt names to fix the problem.

Actually really like the new version! Much easier to get to fixtures and league tables.
Impressively awful
With the new update, when you try and sign up to the universal membership, you get an error message saying you don’t own the universal membership so you can’t sign up for it. Somehow this app has created unbreakable circular logic. Tops it off as the worst app made in App Store history. Can’t even contact someone about it. Not sure what I’ve spent money on if I can’t even go to the gym with my membership. Dreadful.
