Took away my professional license

Now trying to force an upgrade to Enterprise. It’s only me, I never needed Enterprise, Professional worked best for me and now it’s gone after having a paid license.

They finally made the app much better and then they kill the free users to 2 sheets. You make money on us with ads, give us the usability you use to have.

Worthless on iPhone

I have a friend who uses this on Android and it is awesome. However, on iPhone, the background and text are both white and you can’t see any of your data. There is no way to email support or get my money back. IF YOU HAVE AN IPHONE, DO NOT USE THIS APP!!

Good app, but new white background color needs updating

Works for what I need but this most recent version has a white background in view all entry mode. The entries ware basically in white font too making it extremely hard to read your entries. Please fix!!!

Scanner image turned 90 degrees

Seems like this would be a very good app except for the fact that the scanner image is 90 degrees off - everything is on it’s side. And when you move the iPad around the image on the screen moves the opposite direction of your movement. It makes it nearly impossible to use.

Nope.

We tried to use it for store inventory. Two different people setup a new enterprise but neither time could anybody login. We kept getting an error message that name or password was wrong but no help, options to change it or anything useful. Three people trying for nearly an hour, we didn’t get it wrong. We uninstalled and reinstalled, still not working. Fail.

Amazing app but...

This app is amazing except the fact that I can’t hide the keyboard when scanning and it’s quite annoying :( :( :(

Pictures are exported in PNG format.

Would have been perfect if the pictures were not exported in PNG format. This prevents me from using the App. The App needs to be changed so that the pictures can be exported in JPG format.

Unable to read my type of barcoe

I wish the developer can update it to read my barcode i would have been great use in my business

Attendance management issues

Not able to scan a 39 code to put into an attendance sheet for meeting. As everyone has an Id with a bar code. Just want to scan code for I’d and name within the barcode.

Hi User, We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. But for security reasons, currently the functionality to reset the Enterprise Admin user's password is not provided within the application. If you forget the Enterprise account password, then please contact us at support@knowband.com from the same email id which is being used for admin account and there we will provide instructions to reset the password. Good But need improvement

The app works good but if you scan a barcode and add a near field with quantity and enter quantity ending in 0 (like 20), what export in csv the quantity is recognized without ending 0!

App sticks and doesn’t import

App is not user friendly when importing a CSV file. App also sticks when drop down menus are used. I deleted and re-installed app and it still functioned the same way. Waste of money!
