App crashing

I’m a big fan of this app and I’m writing this review to reach out to the developer. I was hoping to send some feedback and requests about the Bariatric Meal Timer app. Unfortunately every time I click on the feedback button within the app the whole app shut down. I hope I writing this review. The developer can reach out to me and fix the fact that the app crashes when you try to send feedback.

Hi, the app has just been given an overhaul of the design, bugs have been fixed and new features have been added, like receiving notifications when leaving the app during a meal. We please give it a try again. Best, Kasper

Terrible

App is pointless- it freezes if you move off it and doesn’t vibrate or give any other signal that time periods are ending or starting.

Eh it’s ok

No way to provide feedback even though there is a link, it exits the app. I wish you would get the alerts on your watch. Also, if you try to do something else on your phone the app freezes and doesn’t not continue counting. Reminder to eat (3 or 4 hrs) doesn’t work. Other than that, as long as you stay in the app, it works and helps slow down eating. Not worth $2.

Needs work

I haven’t told everyone that I have had a band so I would like it to work when it has been set and close so vibrates in the back ground for public use. Also if you set an alarm for a remind to eat you can’t do anything else with your phone unless you press dismiss? Which cancels it and defeats that purpose. If open during eating it’s amazing.

So so app

I do not think it is a bad app, it is helpful so far. However it would totally be worth the $2 if it would connect to Apple Watch or Fitbit. But I would not buy it agin now knowing that it doesn’t connect. It is very basic, I think it could be a lot better if some time was put into it .

Really helps me slow down and savor

I am trying to be more mindful with my eating habits and this timer app helps me do just that. Unlike standard timers, you can set the “eating” times and “break” times to different intervals. So, for example, I can take 1 minute of eating time and a 30 second break. There are two things I wish this app had: [1] an option to have a meal less than 15 minutes long (I have yet stretch out eating a bowl of cereal to a full 15 minutes) and [2] a record of all the meals I’ve timed, including the intervals, length of time, and the time of day. It would just be nice to have a history to see what progress I’ve made or things I need to change.

App just ok

The app is ok, but I don’t think it deserves $2 purchase.
