Hi, just downloaded this app and it seems like a great concept! I just had some minor feedback:
you should really be able to filter more in terms of the dogs that come up. For example, If I only want my dog to play with larger dogs as he’s fairly large and I don’t want him to hurt any smaller dogs while playing with them, or if I want to be able to filter by age/energy level as my dog is younger and has high energy and I want him to play with another dog with high energy.

Finally a great social app for dog owners!
This is exactly what every dog owner needs! Great way to find dog friendly businesses and services. Easy way to meet other dog owners so our pups can play together! Can't wait to get my friends on it! This is amazing.

BarkHappy not only helped me find a buddy for my pup but also helped me meet my wife! I met the most beautiful, animal loving human from the app and we (and our dogs) instantly clicked. The app allows you to browse for doggy (and human) buddies and it just so happens I met “the one”. Can’t recommend this app enough!

Handy & Fun for Any Dog Owner!
We love the BarkHappy App- it lists local places that are dog friendly in any particular city and even allows you to locate other dog owners in your area and set play dates! It’s also handy to have while traveling with pets! Easy to consult the app

Great concept but needs more
Love the concept of this app!! However there are not many people near me using it (I guess it’s not that popular yet) but also the map was lacking for my town. I think users should be able to contribute to the map by adding locations and info about them (for example the dog friendly bars/restaurants in my town were not on the map but I didn’t see any where to add them myself).

Hi Michelle, The entire map is crowd-sourced from user contributions. Tap the blue "+ " button on the bottom right of the map or simply hold your finger down anywhere on the map and let go to add a dog friendly places anytime. Thanks for contributing! Also to see dogs near you by distance, tap the "by distance" view in dogs nearby. If you don't see many yet nearby in your city help us spread the word! Thanks for your support!

It keeps getting better, I love this app! Being new to town, it's helped me find all the spots I can take my dog so I don't have to leave him at home. I've also met some great people at their monthly charity events and my pup has made new friends too! I'd definitely recommend checking it out!
Decent, But Public Event $10 Fee Is Ridiculous
First off that public event might cost the host money anyhow, for them to be charged $10 just for some visibility is ridiculous. Secondly, this app isn’t extremely popular in my area—why would I pay $10 for an event I don’t even know people will show up for. Thirdly, I can advertise an event on Facebook and dog groups for free. Why would I pay you $10 to make a public event through your app!?
I understand making money off an app. But I suggest doing it a different way, or at least waiting til the app is a bit more popular so a community can be built and the host’s fee might be worth it, but even then not charging $10.
Otherwise, yeah, the app is decent. My only other complaint is there aren’t many users in my area, which the app makers have little control over. In the event the $10 fee is taken off I’ll be referring friends and family to the app.

Really neat app to stay connected with other dog lovers in the area, informed about cool events and find a playmate for your pup at any time. It's about time somebody acknowledged and supported the love Austin has for dogs and helped bring all the pups together. The charity events are just icing on top of an already cool app.

Great app! Easy to use and a lot of users wherever we go. Also, many doggie events and dog friendly business are in it. Highly recommend, glad something like this is around.
Super User Friendly & SO Fun!
One of my favorite things about this app is how easy it makes it to find friendly pups in my city for my dog to play with. The map is really cool too because it shows dog friendly restaurants and other places. The events feature is cool too since BarkHappy holds events in my city each month. Makes it easy to access event info!

Helpful app for dog owners
This app makes it a hell of a lot easier to find hotels willing to accept dogs, which saves me a headache when looking for a place on vacation. I also like the news articles in the updated version.
Must Have APP for Dog Owners
This is a great APP for dog lovers. It's easy to navigate and the features are awesome. I especially like the map showing all of the dog friendly establishments around you. Makes it so much easier to places where your dog is allowed!
Great customer support
The app is amazing! A great resource for meeting new playmates for my dog, in addition to having great organized events. I needed to change the email associated with my account and at first I could not figure out how. I contacted customer support and they helped me quickly!
Everything Dog Related In One App
BarkHappy is everything I have been looking for. Finding all of the dog friendly businesses and dog parks that are nearby has been great. There are so many great features. This is a great app to stay social with your dog. Recommend to everyone. Especially if you travel - the app helps you find locations when you are on the road.

Perfect for Dog Lovers!
I seriously love BarkHappy! I'm new to Las Vegas, and I really wanted to meet other dog parents. My poodle is used to having friends. BarkHappy was released around the same time, and since then, we have met so many friends in our area! I love the Daily Matches because it puts different dogs into the spotlight. I enjoy the photos people share using the 'news feed.' There are discounts on dog products, a map of places that are dog-friendly (so helpful!), and you can even create events (like dog park meetups). They host public events, too, which are always awesome! I highly recommend BarkHappy to any dog parent!
