Fix the app (made me late for work)
I use the app out of convenience and to check in ahead. Today, I kept getting a Fail to Check-In notice and I had to wait, making me late for work. One thing that needs to be understood is that when I’m late that’s time and money lost and I can’t afford that. If the problems can’t be fixed, then I may have to take my dog to another daycare as I wait too long in the lobby.

Need to Fix Upload
The only file type this app will permit for vaccination records is photos. Most vets send this info in PDFs or similar file types. Needs to be fixed
Inconsistent
At best, Skiptown-Atlanta is inconsistent with what they say they will do and reality. Sometimes there is an update of grooming and rarely receive updates of our pups daycare. The staff has always been nice and courteous. Never experienced issues with the Skippers. Today received a closeup of a dog that I can’t even determine if it’s my dog.

Can’t update vaccines
Keep adding the vaccine records and nothing happens. Very frustrating
Skiptown app is great
Mu dog loves Skiptown, and I look forward to the twice daily reports Skiptown sends. The app makes managing the reservations easy. Skiptown is also very responsive.
