Fix the Camera Please!
I just moved from one state to another. For whatever reason, the app has decided to malfunction! I cannot access the webcam & my local team has tried to assist!
I only chose DT because of the camera feature. If this isn’t fixed, I may need to reconsider a new daycare for my pup.

Convenient, needs a few tweaks
Convenient for booking and fun to watch your pup play on camera. One request: To book an overnight stay, you must first cancel any overlapping daycare booking and the cancellation must be approved by staff. Then you need to remember to check it was approved and go back in and book an overnight. It’s much faster to call to do it all at once. I wish the app could bundle these requests together.

Love Dogtopia
I like that we can easily schedule an appointment on the web and enjoy the webcam to see how my beautiful Dakota is doing. The location is also very convenient.
The app stinks
My dog loves Dogtopia but the app is terrible. The cameras take forever to load and then freeze up. Constantly getting an error when I open the app.
Webcams constantly freeze
We took our dog to dogtopia for the meet and greet and free day of daycare afterwards. Staff was friendly and meet and greet was fine, but the webcams were absolutely awful in the app. It never seems to load well, constantly is frozen, I have to kill the app multiple times and then try to get it to reload again, and just read all the recent reviews and this is definitely an ongoing issue with the app. If you guys actually care about your customers and the dogs like you say you do then the app and webcams should be fixed and updated ASAP. Pretty sad when technology is at its peak right now and my house cameras work better than the garbage nest cams that dogtopia has. Not sure if I will be bringing my dog back now because of this huge issue. Listen to your customers and reviews and fix the app and webcams. It’s disappointing and a huge turn off to a potential long term customer.
