The process was quick. I got communication at every turn. They identified 3 breeds, and there was a percentage of “Supermutt” (5 different breeds) but they did not list out those breeds. That was disappointing. Everything else was great.

Embark DNA analysis is new to us, but the volumes of relative information was much more than I expected. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get to know their dog better and be prepared to give them more proactive care.
Surprised but not surprised
We were surprised by some of the results of our dog’s recent DNA test but not surprised by others. I found the 26% supermutt delineation hilarious but upon further review of what was included in that supermutt is where I found the breeds that I thought were in our dog. We thought we were getting a labrador and she is 50% labrador but the great Pyrenees and border collie that make up the other roughly 25% we’re surprising. The listed behaviors of those other breeds were right on point and now make so much sense. I’m glad I invested in having her DNA done and I’m glad I used Embark. The cost was reasonable. The processing time, the notifications along the way and the breakdown of the outcome are top-notch. If you’re curious about your dog’s DNA I would recommend you use Embark. I will certainly use it on future dogs earlier in their lives so that we can know how to best provide for their care.

So it took me a while to figure it out couple hours cause it wasn’t showing my report but I did finally find the breed report so now I like the app lol sorry and I might use it again and I will recommend it to people so keep up the good work try and make the app a little easier for people to use😁
