Need a better solution for weather cancellation
Love this app and being able to bring my reactive dog for a fun place to play but I really wish there was some feature for partial refunds for weather. Living in fl the weather is so unpredictable this time of year - I’ve spent over $100 in backyard time the last 2 months that we didn’t get to use but couldn’t cancel being in the 2 hour window. That part sucks. I get the owner booked off time - but if it’s thunder and lightning out, it’s not like they would be out there using it either. Why should I still be charged in full? If it was a $5 yard whatever but I’m bringing 2 dogs and spending $30+ for a yard with a pool that’s not a small amount of money after a few rained out sessions. The summer weather here has kinda ruined the app experience for me, which unfortunately has nothing to do with the app itself but is turning me off to wanting to book unless it’s going to be absolutely perfect outside.

Dishonest
Just go in knowing you have to provide your email and name before finding out you have to buy credits to use the app. Instead of being an honest business and just letting you put your payment information in and then pay as you go, they get you to buy packages that you may never use. I already cancelled my account. Recommend you do the same. This is how your personal information gets leaked.

Awesome first experience
Kevin was beyond awesome! Very communicative and accommodating. We got unexpected rain and he was very flexible with his availability but we ended up getting rained and had to cancel and he was extremely understanding and accommodating to refund th Romney and understood weather changed rapidly on us. Definitely rescheduled for a couple from now and excited to actually get to do our sniffari lol but first experience was very impressive and I will be working w Kevin again for sure!

held back by a subscription
i love this app but i don’t understand why we need a membership for it. not everyone has the money to buy a $10-20 membership that they have do to monthly just for their dogs to go somewhere.

They used to charge you per visit. Now they try and trick you into a free 7 day membership then hit you with a 60 a month membership. The spots are trash as well. Sad.
