Functional and Convenient
The app is very nicely laid out, easy to navigate and use, and the convenience of it is much appreciated. Able to handle all my needs without going to the website, requesting appointments, viewing account, purchasing packages, etc. Really appreciate being able to check in on the cameras - there is a minor issue with loading sometimes but at most it stalls for like a minute before loading and that may vary by camera by location.

Works great! A few things though…
This app works great, As you can also access the Camper Cams, which allows you to see your pup on camera in different rooms. One thing about the Camper Cams, though, I would like to see my pup available, I can see her on the cameras, but we always get her a standard cabin, and we aren’t able to view her. They also give you free schedules, and they also can give your dog baths, grooming, and lots of playtime. One other thing I noticed though was…In the indoor and outdoor play-yards, they don’t have much toys, just a little bridge and tunnel. Most of the time, when I go to look on the cameras, most of the dogs look bored. Maybe we could start a donating charity to donate old dog toys or donate money so we can get new stuff for the dogs or donate money to help them get enough raised to make a bigger yard for them to run around in.

One Day At The Time
It is so frustrating to only be able to book ONE DAY AT THE TIME. Not only that, but you HAVE to go through add-ons EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Glitchy App
I love having my pups attend camp bow wow, but lately the camper cams do not work on the app. I logged into the app this evening and it deleted all three of my dog’s’ profiles. This makes no sense as I have been having my dogs go to different camp locations here for at least 7-8 years. You may need a new programmer or revert to your old programmer because this is not acceptable.
