Amazing platform for mindful, loving dog owners!
This is a great, easy to use platform that offers the ease to find private play places for you and your dog! It’s awesome that such a platform exists for mindful dog owners that want to have access to off leash play but don’t like going to dog parks. Keep it up!

Maybe become established before starting this predatory nonsense. A new user probably loves being forced into recurring payment LOL what a joke. 22% cut is a joke btw, with how you are operating that will be going up and up I’m sure.

I don’t care what your policy says. I paid for those credits and you took them. I didn’t need more credits so why bother? It’s extortion and I am going to get a lawyer. All you who’ve been burned by these crooks keep your eyes peeled on your emails. These crooks are going to get a hard lesson in the law

Obsessed with Sniffspot
What a gift to have a way to access so many different, fun, and safe spaces for my high energy pups to explore and play. We love this service and the app is really great, very smooth and easy to use!
Used to love it
I am not happy with the switch to a prepaid credit based system. We only take our dogs to a particular outstanding spot a handful of times a year. Sticking with it long enough to give them a couple more trips to their favorite farm and then I’m done 🙁

This is so perfect. My dogs can run free and I don’t have to worry. Such a helpful resource for sensitive dogs and people!
Suggestion
I think the app is great! I do wish there was more options near me but that’s not y’all’s problem. One suggestion I really wish was a feature was similar to you sending notifications when a new spot is open near me is being able to set notifications for specific spots having an opening! For those that are super sought after or even once is the area having last minute cxls being able to set notifications for time slots open for specific criteria or spots would be a far changer!

Love this
I really love this service. It’s been super awesome for me to use somebody who lives in an apartment and it does not have a fence yard. This is allowed me to go to fully Friend area and teach my dog recall. Let her get her energy out and just get the zoom is going places. I have been of offered toys, water and treats. Great fun.

It’s all good until you have a problem
My only issue with Sniffspot is not being able to resolve a billing issue easily. The chat bots just take you in a circle of despair. I canceled because of this, I can’t trust your not going to double bill me every month and even after explaining why in detail on their exit survey - I have not been contacted by a human at sniffspot.

Perfect for summer heat
Being able to secure spots with a pool during the summers months in Vegas is *chef’s kiss* Wish I would have found this app sooner! Highly recommend.
Subscriptions??
I am so disappointed with Sniffspot. The app used to be free and I was able to find safe sniffspots for my reactive dog. Now you can only book IF you have a subscription. This is utterly ridiculous. Thanks for taking that safety net away, Sniffspot. It shows this company does not actually care about dogs but about the money it makes.

Amazing Dog Options
I cannot be more grateful for Sniffspot. I’ve got a reactive dog that needs to stimulated and running around in these amazing shared spaces is the best thing I could’ve found for her.

Our dog loves to swim. This location was amazing, the host was amazing, and our dog very much enjoyed himself!

Longtime Sniffspot user, but infrequent user. We went to spots maybe a handful of times a year with friends. They recently switched to a membership model so now it’s $20 a month just to look at available times for spots. If you buy it and don’t go, you lose your money. If you go too much, you need to buy more credits. I guess they weren’t making enough money with pay as you go. Edit: Saying we can jump through hoops to do it the old way isn’t better! Why do that at all, and why force new people to do it the new way. Why not make memberships optional? I’d be open to them off they weren’t forced

Disappointed in the new payment structure
The new payment structure, requiring upfront monthly membership payment and then charging based on “points”, is a deterrent. I want to see the dollar value of each rental, not some random points number. I was planning on renting a Sniff Spot for tomorrow but have decided against it due to the payment structure. I doubt I will use the app again, if this is required.

Credits suck
Used to use this app a lot with my dog a year or two ago, even had my 18th birthday at a sniff spot. Because of the subscription i’m no longer going to use because the pricing is outrageous. I used to be able to pay 5-10 dollars an hour for a sniff spot now i had to pay 16 dollars for MAYBE 1-3 visits a month ?? and that’s the cheapest option??? Used to be a really nice idea and now it’s just become another subscription based app.
