Terrific except for the forum interface
The app is 90% fabulous, excellent features and navigability, but please, I’m begging you, improve the forum interface. It’s mind-boggling that it doesn’t use sentence case, autocorrect, etc. I (and other residents I’ve talked with) dread posting on the forum because of the interface. Other features like photo display without cropping would be nice too, but text improvement is priority.
Otherwise, it’s terrific to have one app that contains most of what’s needed to manage apartment life - amenities, billing, leasing office contact, documents, building announcements, etc.

The app takes 30+ seconds to open a message. 99/100 times I open the app it’s to view a message from building management. Please make this faster.
Glitchy terrible
Unusable takes 30 seconds to load messages, randomly doesn’t work. It’s been like this forever just a lazy clunky app. Hilarious.
Nonstop issues
Nonstop issues with this app.
Image issue
Cannot view images added to post in full size—top and bottom part of each image is cutoff. It has been like this forever and they don’t fix it.
