Doesn’t work

I’ve been in contact with a representative because this app does not even open for me. Now I am told by my complex I have to use the app for maintenance requests per law. My AC does not work with no aid in sight. If we have to use an app it should be reliable and work. The interface itself is not aesthetically pleasing, most options are useless to me, and I do not like it at all.

Horrible app that steals your data

The building forces you to download this app to pay the rent. But then, you’re exposed to unwanted and unsolicited advertising from all the vendors. The building shares your phone., email without your consent and after that you can expect to be flooded by pushy offers.
