Getting off from work had to stop to check out an apt after leasing hours. Which is helpful.
Really frustrating
Among the reasons Im seeing not to trust the people is they won’t let me add the tour to my calendar without me giving them full access to read everything on my calendar. That is absolutely insanely privacy invading.
They wasted my time. They gave me the wrong address.
They wasted my time. They gave me the wrong address. I went to the address listed in the letter, but that address simply didn’t exist. I contacted customer support, but instead of an apology, they told me, “You should have gone to that address,” and they gave me a different address. They didn’t apologize or say anything else. They just signed off with “Have a nice day.” I don’t recommend this app or this company. They know absolutely nothing about customer service.

To many steps to sign in, when I got to the apartment it was closed
Terrible experience
I’ve scheduled 5 tours with this and only been able to use it twice. Every time I open the app it doesn’t recognize my sign in information and asks me to get a new password. Then it tells me I have an account already.
