Company deserves 1 star, whatever on the app
I had reserved a tour which apparently didn’t go all the way through their system. I showed up to the property to realize I never received instructions and called support and they had no record of my booking despite me getting the confirmation screen. I then booked again and same thing. Was instructed to book thru the app and that gave me an actual appointment but now here I am having to sit around until the later start time. This was supposed to be a convenience and here I am after a day of work, inconvenienced.

Terrible app.
Awful face-reading technology and no real time tech support.
Unusable app
Did not work - looks built out but the basic functionality (I.e get in front door) does not work. Routes you to AI voice with any questions.
Never works
Don’t not use self guided tour. It never works and there no live support. You call them, poke multiple numbers and went straight to voice mailing we drove 1 hour get here and they key box says connection issue not working. So not way to get the key, no one can help we trying 20 mins in 100 degrees weather. Nothing can fix this. We left with nothing.

THE WORST
This app never ever loads. Usually can’t even log in and if you get past that certainly can’t book a tour. It just crashes the whole time or freezes. This is for multiple different apartments on multiple different days on multiple different phones. All said they have nothing but problems with this app. Not even worth your time and frustration.

This is the best touring platform and the best way to see the apartment after hours. I don’t have time to tour during the week, so having an app that can guide me through the high-rise and show me the apartment I want was amazing. Super fast and smooth to get in and out and very detailed tour.
This app’s verification process sucks deeply
This app’s verification process sucks and did not have any overriding option even though I have the property’s front desk at my side. Because of this, I could not make the self-guided tour today. Damn it.
Doesn’t work, got locked out
This app sucks beyond belief, most frustrating apartment tour experience ever. Ended up having to hunt down a leasing agent because none of the door unlocked with the app (yes Bluetooth was on).
Won’t work!
Verified with both credit card and 2 IDs. yet it did not work. Wasted an hour of driving. Apartments relying on this app should really reconsider… if an apartment tour requires this app then don’t bother
Pretty convenient
Getting off from work had to stop to check out an apt after leasing hours. Which is helpful.
Really frustrating
Among the reasons Im seeing not to trust the people is they won’t let me add the tour to my calendar without me giving them full access to read everything on my calendar. That is absolutely insanely privacy invading.

I contacted customer support, but instead of an apology, they told me, “You should have gone to that address,” and they gave me a different address. They didn’t apologize or say anything else. They just signed off with “Have a nice day.” I don’t recommend this app or this company. They know absolutely nothing about customer service.

I’ve scheduled 5 tours with this and only been able to use it twice. Every time I open the app it doesn’t recognize my sign in information and asks me to get a new password. Then it tells me I have an account already.
