Wow
This is the best touring platform and the best way to see the apartment after hours. I don’t have time to tour during the week, so having an app that can guide me through the high-rise and show me the apartment I want was amazing. Super fast and smooth to get in and out and very detailed tour.
Won’t work!
Verified with both credit card and 2 IDs. yet it did not work. Wasted an hour of driving. Apartments relying on this app should really reconsider… if an apartment tour requires this app then don’t bother
Pretty convenient
Getting off from work had to stop to check out an apt after leasing hours. Which is helpful.
Really frustrating
Among the reasons Im seeing not to trust the people is they won’t let me add the tour to my calendar without me giving them full access to read everything on my calendar. That is absolutely insanely privacy invading.

I contacted customer support, but instead of an apology, they told me, “You should have gone to that address,” and they gave me a different address. They didn’t apologize or say anything else. They just signed off with “Have a nice day.” I don’t recommend this app or this company. They know absolutely nothing about customer service.

To many steps to sign in, when I got to the apartment it was closed
Terrible experience
I’ve scheduled 5 tours with this and only been able to use it twice. Every time I open the app it doesn’t recognize my sign in information and asks me to get a new password. Then it tells me I have an account already.

Couldn't access any available apartments because it wouldn't unlock the door for the viewing. The access code it gave us also didn't work.

App is buggy and doesn’t work. Missed a tour due to issue. Heard from support the app was down.

I had two tours scheduled and the app wouldn’t let me start either tour.

Camera Access Bug
Stupid app requires camera for verification, but it doesn’t work so I can’t go through all the steps. Completely useless

Doesn’t work
Failed to unlock any doors, wasting the showing that I scheduled. My Bluetooth was enabled, app permissions enabled, and I even restarted my phone but the unlock button stayed disabled and non functional. Also why does it ask for credit card info for a tour???
Fantastic Way to Find a New Apartment
This was so convenient and user friendly as I am looking for a new place to live. The registration is quick and simple. I also loved being able to tour an apartment building all on my own in line with my schedule. I was able to easily get into the building, unit and amenity spaces all from the app. The audio and visual components also really helped me assess where I may want to live.

Love the new update!
Just took a self-guided tour at a property I was interested in and it was such an easy experience! Everything made sense and it was easy to find where the lockbox was which allowed me to get straight to the point. 100% recommend it to people who want to have a comfortable tour by yourself!

Great experience
I scheduled a tour and was able to see my dream apartment within minutes. The tour was seamless and all tour stops were easy to get to. I felt truly guided even though I toured on my own. I loved the experience!
