Unable to pass BILT verification stage

I have not been able to pass the BILT verification code stage. It continues to state "for security reasons please update app to newest version"
This app is up to date. No matter what or how many times I attempt to get to payments. This app does not work.

Stop selling our data

Don’t use Bilt. Just pay rent with a cashiers check-0 risk. The amount of data collecting across everything related to properties connected with this app is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Bilt asks you to log into your bank account by giving your bank acct user name and password. When they experience a data breach this puts everyone’s info at risk. Not to mention the clear data harvesting grab. This is not client centered it’s venture capitalist centered. The client is the product. Don’t give them access if you can help it.
