Constant issues with logging in
The app will all of a sudden log you out and then when you try to log in it says there is a system issue . Very frustrating to have a constant system issue.
Does Not Work Ever
Every time I try to use this app it freezes and won’t let me in. Deleting and redownloading the app does nothing to fix it and I need to pay rent and this app won’t allow me to. 👎

Cannot login, which seems to be par for the course for everyone else too. I’m assuming it is because I’m a “new” customer but the app doesn’t give you the option to register as such either. I reset my password somehow and then tried and it just goes in a

Bad apple
Horrible app. I have to pay a convenience fee no matter what type of payment method I choose to pay my rent. Extremely horrible. Hate that my apartment even choose to use this crazy app.
Service fee Robbery
Don’t understand why I have to pay to pay my rent. Money doesn’t grow on trees I work to hard to be legally robbed.
