A bug need to be fixed with required Apple permissions.
Poorly made slow app
While there are plenty of helpful features for managing apartment amenities and communicating with neighbors, the performance and reliability of the app is atrocious. Every tab navigation or menu opened takes several seconds to load. I was asked to leave feedback in app once, and the page loaded infinitely (ironic). Please for the love of god if you develop this app, put some thought into caching and latency improvements.
Bonus feedback: badging of messages is pretty annoying since there is no way to mass dismiss or mark all as read, login page opens in app browser, and there is no easy way to split rent between residents.

Wrong balance
All The time it is showing wrong balance they change my rent on the system already and still The same .
Poor and slow operation
I rarely find apps good/bad enough to review. This one bothered me enough to warn other consumers. I’ve used this app for two different apartment communities now. This app is very finicky, it’s very slow to use, and the user experience is primarily waiting for loading screens. Plus, simple tasks like creating community posts will often fail to work, with absolutely zero closure as to why. Try something else.

No es buen lugar para vivir. Yo vivo. Aquí estoy por. Dejar. El departamento. Los portones. Siempre dañosos. No puedes entrar asta 1 hora afuera la aplicación. Para pagar tu renta. Falla y te cobran. Más ahora. No puedes tener visitas. Sin registration previa la renta. Te suben cargos sin. Saber de que es cada mes pagas diferente pagos el ahire acondicionado. Se daña cada mes siempre estoy ablando. Emergencia. Es terrible miren. Todas malas reseñas 🙂↕️
