I am so frustrated with this company and app. We’ve called support several times about this app not working and they have done nothing to fix it. They just continue to tell us the issue has been elevated to their tech team.

Buggy

You know an app is poorly written when tech support tells you to turn off basic features link syncing. Today i was rolling along doing an inspection and it completely froze up. I rebooted my IPad and now i can’t clear the 2 inspections that got hung up when it crashed.

Crappiest app ever!

If I could give it less than one star I would. I had the app crash so many times it is unreal! I finally had to just delete it, take pictures with my phone and send them to my computer. It was faster that way than having to deal with this defective app all the time.

This app works great when it works.....it started off great but now is freezing constantly. I called PW and they acted like I was the only one who was having a problem.......
