Worst communication ever
It is almost impossible to reach anybody. The phone number does not take you to anybody it just direct you to voicemail. Twice they have charged me without my consent, regardless of what I told them that not to charge me anymore because I do not wish to continue. However, they still charge me regardless. Good luck trying to reach somebody to fix your problems. I will be switching to a different home inspection software.

Overcharging without authorization
Communication is horrible. Nobody ever gets back to your email. When you call the phone to talk to somebody, there’s nobody to talk to. It will tell you refer back to the email that nobody ever respond to. I was overcharged for the whole year twice. I’m asking for a refund of the extra charge and nobody ever return your Email. I do not recommend

So easy to use
I helped create InspectIT and unfortunately our product was decided to no longer be supported so I had to find another one for my business. I do heavy customization on my report templates and Rusty has been very responsive when something needs attention. As of ease of use for a new inspector this is by far the easiest that I have found.

EZ home inspection software
I did the free trail software on just about every inspection software I could find. EZ home inspection is hands down the best one. The extensive library that they have along with the EZ of making reports.
Great software
This software is the best software for home inspectors. It is easy to use and easy to customize. My clients like how their report looks because it is easy to interrupt. The cost of this software is very good considering all things it can do. Every time I call, Rusty is always willing to help and take some feedback.
