Potential but lacking considerably
I love the look and the speed of doing the reports, however, the comments are not professional nor are they sufficient in most cases, they seem written by novices in each area. You can add your own and must do so but that takes considerable time. Quirkiness is also a factor if using an IPhone, I cannot comment on the Android version but hopefully it is improved over the IPhone. I don’t do many inspections anymore but have had enough quirks to make it frustrating and I usually had to figure them out on my own on the fly as the responsiveness of support was lagging except when I first bought the program. I had help from Mike another Inspector to bridge some of the gaps sufficiently enough to enable me to figure many things out but system failures and issues made on site with client situations very uncomfortable. They do other fields I was told by the owner and home inspections is not their bread and butter so it’s low on the totem pole which can delay responsiveness as their resources are limited. It’s still the best layout I’ve seen which is why I’m sticking with it rather than getting the refund they offer within the first year of use, or did at our inspector at the time of purchase, which is what I was tempted to do several times. I just wish that all of the inspection software companies could gather legitimate, professional sounding comments to choose from so the entire comment sections don’t have to be rewritten. Would definitely be a flying five gold stars if they did!

Update issues
The app itself is great but with every update there are more and more issues. They solve them but by the time they solve them the roll out an update that creates more issues. It’s like they don’t have people testing the updates.
