Worst communication ever
It is almost impossible to reach anybody. The phone number does not take you to anybody it just direct you to voicemail. Twice they have charged me without my consent, regardless of what I told them that not to charge me anymore because I do not wish to continue. However, they still charge me regardless. Good luck trying to reach somebody to fix your problems. I will be switching to a different home inspection software.

Overcharging without authorization
Communication is horrible. Nobody ever gets back to your email. When you call the phone to talk to somebody, there’s nobody to talk to. It will tell you refer back to the email that nobody ever respond to. I was overcharged for the whole year twice. I’m asking for a refund of the extra charge and nobody ever return your Email. I do not recommend

So easy to use
I helped create InspectIT and unfortunately our product was decided to no longer be supported so I had to find another one for my business. I do heavy customization on my report templates and Rusty has been very responsive when something needs attention. As of ease of use for a new inspector this is by far the easiest that I have found.

EZ home inspection software
I did the free trail software on just about every inspection software I could find. EZ home inspection is hands down the best one. The extensive library that they have along with the EZ of making reports.
Great software
This software is the best software for home inspectors. It is easy to use and easy to customize. My clients like how their report looks because it is easy to interrupt. The cost of this software is very good considering all things it can do. Every time I call, Rusty is always willing to help and take some feedback. Great for all Home Inspectors
I really enjoy using this software both on the desktop and on my IPhone. Very flexible and very intuitive to use. I also like how customizable the software is and I can alter the report style and format to distinguish myself from other inspectors.
Lastly, this is really good software if you are new to the game as well as you do not need to waste time and energy learning a difficult software. This software is easy, flexible, customizable and overall works great!

Love EZ home inspection, Rusty is always there with an answer ! I’m still learning and Tailoring to my style but I would highly recommend!
Great Time Saving App
I have been using the software on my desktop for years and really liked it but the app is great! No more staying up until midnight to complete reports. I highly recommend it.
Much easier reporting

Excellent software
I have been using this software for about 5 months now, it took a little bit to get used to it but once I did it definitely has saved me time on my Inspections. This has been a great purchase for me and I have recommended it to others.
Good platform, just a little buggy
For the big picture, I think ez home inspection is good. It is true to the standards of what needs to be looked at and has a lot of good library comments to add, making the process very enjoyable. I have received a lot of compliments from clients and real estate agents on the presentation of the report.
Now, for some reason almost every report I write crashes one way or another. The files need to be copied and renamed to move forward- not fun. I would like to have a better way to review the report as it would appear to the client with out having to upload, convert and then crash.
My other quam would be the desktop version. To upload photos to the report on a Mac requires a good internet connection. In my rural area that is a foreign concept.
I would also say that customer support has been very helpful with the crashes.

The app is very easy to use and produces great reports, my customers and realtors love them! The customer service is excellent. Rusty has always answered all of my questions and always responds in a timely manner. I highly recommend this product!
