Very simple and easy to use!
I like the simple format and layout of the app and the end PDF report comes out very professional looking. Only thing I dislike is the character count in text box for comments..needs to be larger. Other than that, it’s great!

ZERO SUPPORT / FAULTY APP
Do not get this app. It does not work! I’ve removed and redownloaded the app multiple times. The app only freezes, I can’t get any functionality to work in the app. I have emailed the developer’s support email. They don’t have a phone number listed. Nobody has followed up with me. I paid the subscription, for nothing since the app doesn’t even work. I would be happy to talk this through with someone if they will provide some accurate means of contact.
