ZERO SUPPORT / FAULTY APP
Do not get this app. It does not work! I’ve removed and redownloaded the app multiple times. The app only freezes, I can’t get any functionality to work in the app. I have emailed the developer’s support email. They don’t have a phone number listed. Nobody has followed up with me. I paid the subscription, for nothing since the app doesn’t even work. I would be happy to talk this through with someone if they will provide some accurate means of contact.

New Update
The new update takes photos and automatically resizes them to fit their frame. All the old install guide photos I had saved, are now getting resized when I enter them and it’s making them looking bad/stretched.

Love the app but missing 1 feature
I would really love to be able to press one button to complete all.
The way it is set up now, unless I am not operating the app properly, I have to open each item individually to market complete. Most of my list are 50 items and above. It takes a lot of time to go through each one individual individually to mark as complete.

Cannot Collaborate
The app is great if it was just for your own use. To use this as a team/organization you are unable to share and collaborate. Very unfortunate because it was be an easy 5 star if I could complete items shared by a colleague.

Wanted it for one year but, it auto renewed for 7.
Needs update
Had been working great for previous 3-4 years. Over the past 6 months we have been experiencing lots of issues with sending/receiving the pdf version of the punch. We have 15 ish people in our company who utilize the app on a daily basis. Would like to get an update or have app looked into so we can avoid having to look for a new system.

Slow & Clunky
Very hard to navigate & the fact you have to upload pictures 1 at a time when I needed to add 88 meant I had to delete it & find another app
Must be outdated
I got this app and I’m assuming it’s outdated or developer doesn’t care about it anymore. I like everything about the app except when I export a report it will never open on the receivers end. I contacted customer support and it took about a week to get a response and now they still haven’t responded to me and it’s been about 3 weeks. Lousy customer service! Don’t waste your money.

Does anyone know if i can make a template punch list and save it to edit it in different projects?

How do I cancel this subscription. You say you can cancel any time but there is zero option in the app to cancel
Cannot cancel !
I downloaded this app and paid for an annual subscription. The app just doesn’t work how I need it to but I CANNOT cancel the auto subscription!! Several of the buttons in the app go nowhere or refer you back to the App Store where you still cannot cancel.
Old version was way better could upload 3 pictures
Does not send 80% of the time old version was better could upload 3 pictures and you could add line after line where on this one you can not very disappointed with this new version not worth the money for this version of it
