I HATE this app. HATE!
I’m in California, and sometimes I have to wait to pay my rent on the 5th, which according to my lease is perfectly acceptable.
However, the app does not adapt to time zones, so payment is recorded based on Texas time. This means my payment will now be charged a late fee, even though technically I’m still paying rent on time, I have to pay a late fee because this stupid app only recognizes the time zone of the HQ.

I’ve been using this app for two years, and the login issues are unacceptable. I’ve updated the app, reset my password, and it still won’t let me log in consistently. It seems to work when rent is due, but otherwise it’s hit or miss. Based on the number of similar reviews, this doesn’t appear to be an isolated issue. Please fix the app.

Worst Application Ever
This application is required for nearly all services for our apartment complex. It crashes all the time, loads incredibly slow, logs me out all the time, and barely allows me to function on typical processes. I want the company who operates this app to recognize their application is horrible and I will be delighted to never utilize it again after we move out of this residence.

Randomly Logs Out and now Waitlists to use the app
This app used to work pretty good, I always pay my rent a few days ahead of time so this usually doesn’t affect me, but my roommate does not pay ahead of time. Trying to log into the app today has been extremely unsuccessful. There is now a server waiting list when you launch the app. Literally can’t even put in my email address or password, you have to wait in line TO login. I don’t know what’s going on over there, but let’s get it together guys.

App kicks me out anytime I want to do anything
Like I said , it logs me out and forces me to log back in when I try to send a maintenance request or look at the community page. I try logging back in and at the 4th attempt it works
Update broke things
Ever since the update it just spins and spins and spins and takes forever to login and I get error messages… I would post screenshots, but I can’t in the App Store… Please fix. It goes back to asking me what country my property is in when I’m trying to pay rent and it’s a real problem.
Robbery fees
You charge way too much to use this app when many others charge way less you hit people over the head and robbed them. It’s crazy $64 to pay rent on your app. Makes absolutely no sense!
payment is a hassle
My complex uses this app and while I appreciate the ability to easily communicate with management and community members I’ve had multiple issues paying rent. Most recently, I was charged twice for rent because my balance showed I didn’t pay it the first time when I did and now the payment center still shows I owe nearly $2000. I am not sure if it’s only a glitch on the app or what but it’s been a hassle dealing with payments on this app.

The TLC Worldwide is a non reputable business and scam. do not redeem any of your points into that
Not working since update
My payment Info vanished after the update. Trying to add banking info back and it won’t take it. I’m getting an error message. Not good as rent due in two days.
Never works
I haven’t been able to pay via this app in years now. I always try, like a fool, and it always runs into some issue. Either it can’t log in or it refuses to load the payment center or it refuses to load up my payment details or let me input them again. I always have to log in through the desktop webpage which also runs into similar issues often. This app is a nightmare and actually makes me want to verify that wherever i move next does not use it.

Simple terrible
Half the time this app doesn’t work and it constantly crashes. Just use the website.
Barely functional.
I don’t like writing bad reviews, but since I am being forced to use this app by my apartment complex, I’m writing this one. The app is incredibly slow and does not load half the time. For example, I can load archived messages in the communications area but it will not load the current inbox on mobile phones or on desktop. I have to get all my apartment complex updates only from email like it’s still 2005 or something.

So many issues
Regular issues logging in, regular issues process rent payments. App often will not properly load, extremely irritating lack of function from CORE parts of the app.
Fix payment screen
Why is the payment screen so confusing? It is impossible to tell when you have funds and when you have money due. It makes paying confusing and unnecessarily convoluted. Fix that and the app is otherwise fine.

Very unprofessional UX.
1) automatically logs out and doesn’t save your email address in the login screen.
2) app offers a “provide feedback” pop up occasionally, then crashes when you tap “yes”
3) messages/inbox screen is very slow and clunky. No ability to “mark all as read”
4) overall “tap a button” to “app does an action” response time is very laggy

Slow and outdated
Despite what other customers say, this app is slow, logs you out frequently, and is not intuitive easy to use.

Constant issues with logging in
The app will all of a sudden log you out and then when you try to log in it says there is a system issue . Very frustrating to have a constant system issue.
Does Not Work Ever
Every time I try to use this app it freezes and won’t let me in. Deleting and redownloading the app does nothing to fix it and I need to pay rent and this app won’t allow me to. 👎
