Useless App
Got a notification to remind me to put my trash out even though they had already picked up. The app doesn’t function properly or the employees utilizing it aren’t using it properly. Either way, this app is utterly pointless and just takes up space. Deleted.

The app forces you to lie, so they have a record of it
We've made sure to follow all the rules and put our trash out early and on time, yet Valet living has only taken our trash once, and continues to skip our apartment almost every night. Furthermore, the option in the app to request them to come back to get your trash when they skip you only has a single option to say that _you_ forgot to put it out on time, even though it's a lie.
So they're forcing you to lie, on record, just to come get your trash which _they_ forgot!

Not working
The app will not let me past the screen where i type my zip code. It says "choose your property from list below" and it shows nothing! I can't go back or forward so i deleted it which is unfortunate because i urgently need to contact them!🤬

Game Changer
This app make service feel so much more seamless. I love the real time notifications, reminders, and updates. It’s also pretty cool they have a call back feature
