Service fee
The app itself is neat, but why do I have to pay a $60 service fee on top of my rent? Its a bit crazy.

Works ok. Biggest pronn no lemons that in newsfeed the messages aren’t in. Order by time. You may have 2 months then two weeks then a year ago then yesterday etc. please make all the posts in order so we don’t have to spend a half hour going up and down to find the latest post. Rest of app is just okay.

This ap is designed for lazy woke apt staff who do not want to communicate with residents. The ap is just as INEPT as the company providing it.

PENDING AUTOPAYMENTS DONT SHOW IN ACCOUNT HISTORY.
The autopay feature recently got really bad. Maybe it’s actually our building’s administration, but regardless, there is still a huge problem. It has been taking over a week to reflect my autopayments and there is zero indication whatsoever that they have been submitted. The only indication that an autopay was run is that there is one queued for next month. There is no way for me to check in app whether a payment has been submitted through autopay. I can only see when they go through. I now get emails from our building’s every month demanding I pay rent and last month I got scared and ended up double charged. It is now march 8th and it hasn’t hit my account. Did getting double charged cancel the autopay for this month? Who knows.
All the maintenance request and social media is nice, but I can just text people. The purpose of this app is to pay rent.

Can’t post in Newsfeed
The app overall is pretty good. I love all the features it comes with. It’s been a while, but I’ve recently tried making some posts and have been unable to hit post. My phone is up-to-date and the app is up-to-date, but the post button in the top right appears where my battery life is and so I am unable to select it.
