The worst cleaning service company
Ive been talking to support for more than 3 days and everynight they said they are gonna pick up my trash that i pay for to be picked up, and you guys dont wann asee the amount of trash i have outside my apt is unaceptable

Inconsistent and No communication
To be pay for a service that doesn’t consistently do the service I am paying for with no communication whatsoever so ever crazy. I will be seeing if valet at my property is optional— because I refuse to continue to pay for this service without being serviced.
Tedious and restrictive
I find it extremely frustrating that a « valet » service which is supposed to be convenient and easy is so nitpicky. There are numerous restrictions on when you are allowed to take out your trash to how exactly you take it out. Then if you are fined for not sticking to the rules, they don’t tell you why. They also don’t come at consistent times. I absolutely detest this inconvenient service. And you aren’t even allowed to opt out. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Surprisingly awesome app!
So far, I’ve only used this app for the trash pickup notifications. I didn’t have to create an account for that, so I can’t speak to the password reset issues that other people are having. That being said- omg I actually love this app! Before I downloaded it, I honestly thought it was a joke that they had an app for trash pick up service lol. But It makes it sooo easy to track the ACTUAL pick up windows in real time. I used to either put the trash out too early (then go several hours without a trashcan while I waited), or put it out too late (then I’d miss the service and it was a waste of time). Anyway, I recommend downloading it. Surprisingly very useful!!

Scam Company
Worst valet trash company to exist. They don’t take your trash. They create random rules and exceptions on why they don’t have to take your trash when you are compliant.
Can’t use it well if logs me out every week
Fine when it works but it’s a real pain when being logged out every week / every update
Terrible Optimization
Terrible app. I can’t log into the app so I have to use guest mode. App is always glitching. Would delete if there was an alternative.
Misleading
I used the “Come Back” feature in the app and got a warning on my door for violating ValetLiving’s policy to have trash out before collection starts. Why even have that option in the app if you’re going to penalize people for using it?
Useless
Absolutely useless app when. What is the point in getting a notification the service is about to start when they then tell you service is completed 30mins later? Also the customer service takes forever to respond & does not actually do anything to resolve the issue. Waste of storage on my phone for the app. Water of money for a nonexistent service.

The “tagged” review
That’s hilarious.. the tagged review says you get notified once they’re almost finished. At my complex they don’t do a last call service. They don’t let you know when there collecting or when theyre done. 1 minute they arrive the next minute they claim they have completed service. No in between.

I am so disappointed with this app. It doesn’t even work 99% of the time this app is absolute garbage. I would highly absolutely not recommend this at all to anybody.
Trash app, horrible service
Ironic that a garbage service app is just as much garbage as the service they provide. They miss my trash all the time. The app is constantly logging me out so I miss my notifications (this happened on both my iPhone and my android.) Really wish my apartment complex didn’t force me to pay for this because the service from these guys is horrible.

Trash service for trash pickup
I’m seeing more and more times my trash not being picked up, in fact they mark it as done but nobody shows up. I complained multiple times but nobody ever responded to my complaints. I’ve been keeping track of when the trash will be picked up and nobody showed up today. NOT EVEN ONCE DID I SEE ANYONE.

Worst and worst of all time
The app concept is great but you would be frustrated with the service. If you are moving into new apartment and if they have this valet trash service please stay away from that apartment. They will force you to pay the useless $60 a month and give you the worst service of all time.
Terrible app, terrible service - this is the opposite of an amenity.
Terrible app, “support tickets” that say they’ll reach out and then never do, and service that just randomly doesn’t pick up some days. If I wasn’t forced by my building to pay $30/month for this garbage there’s no world in which I would.
Not liking the the app or the services
Profile won’t update , trash won’t get picked up.
