I really appreciate the amazing customer service and the free credits! Convenient app, I wish they had more on demand availability though.
Easy to Use, but Support Needs Improvement
The app is easy to use and booking services is straightforward. However, my recent deep cleaning did not match the service I purchased, and Iβve been waiting for support to resolve the issue despite multiple follow-ups. Iβm hopeful the customer service experience improves, as thatβs the biggest area that needs attention.
