Cleaning Amazing
Cleaning once a month through the Amenify app really changed our house. The cleaner was detailed and place was spotless. 100% recommend.
Decent. Could be better
I’ve used amenify twice so far. I had a handyman come and mount my television and another helper deliver food. The first service went well. The service was quick, efficient, and communicative. The food delivery was unfortunate. The helper failed to follow instructions, and my food was stolen. I was given 5 dollars in credits to make up for this despite the order being nearly 30. Overall Amenify seems like a decent service, but I’d be careful what you order from them. Also the rewards are kinda lackluster given the $15 limit on applying them.

Good App
I love this app and how my apartment offers it. There are ways to get cash back on lots of purchases and also my apartment allows me to get credits every month which I can use towards delivery or pick up items with just about anything in the vicinity. It is super convenient to get simple household supplies straight to your door if you’re in a rush or are busy. They also offer services like moving or household chores, but I haven’t looked into that. It seems great though!

Amenify has been essential to finding cleaning teams for my new apartment. They also offer a host of other amazing services that I will use in the future. They make it easy to book and offer great deals
Deceptive
The app is deceptive and makes it hard not to subscribe to a bundle you don’t want. This is a terrible business practice
Bait-and-switch scheduling, hostile customer service, and billing threats.
I strongly advise against using Amenify. I booked a deep cleaning service, but their automated system unilaterally changed my appointment date without my authorization, sending me an automated email and text with the new date.
When I called customer support simply to clarify the conflicting information, the representative was incredibly hostile. He wanted to argue semantics, blamed their written notifications on a "glitch," and bizarrely claimed that a scheduled appointment time is merely a "preference" and not a commitment.
Because of his aggressive and unprofessional behavior, I told them to cancel the service entirely. In retaliation, he threatened me with a cancellation fee—trying to penalize me for an error their own system initiated. After this, they began actively ignoring my phone calls.
I had to fight them in writing and threaten a bank chargeback using their own automated texts as proof before they finally backed down, waived the fee they never had a right to charge, and saying that they issued a “one time exception” refund waiving the fee as if they were doing me a favor and not admitting their fault and unprofessionalism in the process.
You need to be able to have absolute trust in a company you allow into your home. Amenify proved today they cannot be trusted to maintain a schedule, communicate honestly, or treat customers with basic professional respect. Avoid them. If you use make sure to keep all your receipts emails, and messages.

Do not use!
Do not waste your money and use any of their services. We paid for a move out cleaning and they didn’t clean items that we paid for and were designated on the list like cleaning the oven and wiping out drawers and now we owe $200+ to our apartment complex due to the missing cleaning items. Reached out to the support staff and the only thing they stated that they could do is give me $50 amenify credit as a “measure of good faith”. Do not waste your money and book any services through them.

I’ve been using this app for a few months now and the experience has been great. The wallet credits and services they offer come in handy for sure. The services are prompt and accurate. Indefinitely recommend. The monthly subscription is worth it.
Good but needs work
The app is a great tool to get services in your area however the lack of tracking for deliveries has been an issue for me. Also the inability to use my credits in full is also not my favorite. Currently credits can only be used in $15 increments it’s the only reason I use the app.
Love the options
I love that I can use this app with my rent payments and earn credits for that.
