I really appreciate the amazing customer service and the free credits! I will continue to use this app for all my household needs and I recommend you download the app because it is much easier and more efficient to utilize.

Convenient app, I wish they had more on demand availability though.
Easy to Use, but Support Needs Improvement
The app is easy to use and booking services is straightforward. However, my recent deep cleaning did not match the service I purchased, and I’ve been waiting for support to resolve the issue despite multiple follow-ups. I’m hopeful the customer service experience improves, as that’s the biggest area that needs attention.

Total scam
Only lets you use $10 (per order) of your initial sign up $50 credit they give you. Not to mention they upcharge the Amazon order by $15-$20, so really you’re just loosing money. Deadass the biggest scam I’ve ever seen no wonder they keep texting me reminding me to “use my credits” 😭

Great app & services
I’ve used them several times for cleaning services and I’m always left 100% satisfied. The only challenge I’d say is knowing exactly when my cleaning service will arrive however, their customer service is great and they always get the situation sorted out.
Professionals are always friendly and leave my apartment feeling like a hotel. 10/10 recommend.

Love this feature
I’m so excited that my new neighborhood offers this service for its tenants. We aren’t new to the area but if I was it would be a great resource. It’s awesome to have this at my fingertips and the app is super easy to use.
Hard to Use
This app does not work if you have text enlarged and is difficult to understand and use for first-time users. For instance, you can’t choose the grocery store you want, it’s only “amenity local” and the options are limited. In addition, the Amazon prices it fetches are sometimes inflated compared to the actual price listed on Amazon and uses your credits to get back to a normal price or a small discount. :(

This app is easy to use and the cleaners are very familiar with my apt and accessing it which makes things easier. They bring their own appliances and make the cleaning process a breeze while I am able to get my own work finished thank you!
