こんにちは、フィードバックを共有していただきありがとうございます。混乱をおかけして申し訳ありません。BarkioアプリやBarkioアカウントを削除しても、Appleで購入したサブスクリプションは自動的にキャンセルされないことにご注意ください。AppleのサブスクリプションはApple IDのサブスクリプション設定で別途キャンセルする必要があります。 既に返金リクエストを送信されたとのことですので、Appleが直接レビューを行います。現在サブスクリプションがキャンセルされているかどうかを確認するための支援が必要な場合は、helpme@tappytaps.com までご連絡ください。喜んでお手伝いさせていただきます。

Hello, we’re sorry for the inconvenience. Barkio was affected by a temporary server outage, which caused network disconnection errors. The app should now work correctly. Please try opening it again, and if the disconnections continue, contact us at helpme@tappytaps.com so we can check it more closely.
This app is such a lifesaver!
It does a great job giving you updates if your furry friends barks or moves around.
Honestly hands down best than any monitor. As long as the puppy station is on a tripod or set to see directly your dog. It is amazing! You can check it from your phone and hear what it happening. 100% reccomended for people who travel with their dogs and they are left alone at the room for some time!
