Needs to be able to update credit card info, like the expiration date. Plus when you click on credit cards to add or delete it says “error”
Can’t order
I prefer using the app because I do personalized mini pizzas for four people and it’s simpler. But I am unable to buy wings. No matter what I try it says celery is required. You can not remove, there is not an option to select an option on celery, the function is just broken and now I have to figure out where else I’m getting dinner tonight.

Stupid app hard to pay
No Apple Pay. Doesn’t memorize credit cards. Ergo, app is pointless.

App verification is slow and went right to spam. We live 2 streets down and cannot sign up for delivery. Worthless app.

Good pizza deserves better app
I hope Barro’s didn’t pay for this app. It is poorly written, confusing, and really needs a developer to test before releasing. A poorly written app doesn’t help sell the product.
Almost usable
This app would be fine if it had the ability to order 1/2 pizzas, but only the website allows that option. I suppose there’s a way if you modify every single ingredient but who has time for that?
Home deli
While our food was good we asked the food to be left at the door and I did a custom tip which is based on customer service. When the driver did not leave it at the door she waited until my husband answered the door and asked how much of a tip we were Leaving her. My husband found that to be very awkward.
After he told me this I called barros and asked for the manager which he told me he was and he apologized and said he would talk to her. I explained that we have been ordering there since 2014. This was unacceptable. Nothing to correct the issue. I guess that would speak to how he is as a manager. Basically the issue was dismissed. Very Disappointed!

Need a pay when pick up button
If you want to pay at pick up you might as well not download this app. I am not putting in my cc on an app. I want to pay when I pick up my order. Add a button for this and I’ll change my review.
Cant even add toppings to a “Build your own pizza”
I literally downloaded this stupid app because when you try and get a pizza on the website it doesn’t give you an option to add toppings and somehow doesn’t on here too. I used to work at Barros and people would definitely order toppings for online orders
App function
Barrels and the food they serve is amazing but this app is horrible. It is poorly designed and when checking out, despite having saved credit card information, I find myself having to re-input all of my credit card details. It is quite frustrating and has resulted in moments where I decide to just not order from them because the app is obnoxiously difficult to use. I have asked other customers and they to have the same experiences

I give up
We used to eat Barros every Friday, it was our family tradition. But since recent frustrating updates with the app I give up on ordering anymore. The app started signing me out every time I exited, I would log in each Friday to order. Now, I’ve forgotten my password, went through the reset process and the email I receive says click “here” to reset. This “here” should be a hyperlink… it is not. There is no way to now reset my log in. I’m done

I love barro’s but
This app doesn’t let you see order status on a guest order I called 30 min ago and they said they were on the way and still nothing. It’s not that hard to deliver a pizza I would know I delivered for 3 years in my teen days

Convenient and easy to use
App is simple and easy to use. Like having the option to order online. A couple recommendations- the ability to save credit card info and gate code saved as part of the address so that they don’t both have to be added with each order.

Won’t find me address, they’ve been here 50 times via online order
Credit card feature
They allow you to add Credit Cards for payment to your account profile, but then it forces you to manually enter the information every time you go to pay for an order. Please fix this.
Incorrect info
I LOVE Barro’s. By far my favorite pizza ever. I did notice the Barros App showed a store as open before 10am. I was pleasantly surprised but then disappointed with the wait time. It took about 75 minutes because the store wasn’t actually open yet. Would be 5 stars if app would show what the wait time and opening time is before ordering pizza 🍕
