Clunky
The app has not improved much over the years. It’s difficult to navigate into rewards, deals, etc once you’ve entered the order process. In addition the newest rewards redemption process doesn’t work. When redeeming a reward it pushes to your account but is unavailable for redemption in the checkout process.

App needs work
App is a bit confusing to use. Tried redeeming points but don’t know what happened to them! They just disappeared from my account and I didn’t even get the discount applied at checkout! This app needs a lot of work done to it!!

They mess up your order and don’t acknowledge you and then send you here when you have a complaint
Security
Way too much security for an app that doesn’t need it. Logging into your account takes way too long. Trying to reset your password is impossible.
