App needs work
App is a bit confusing to use. Tried redeeming points but don’t know what happened to them! They just disappeared from my account and I didn’t even get the discount applied at checkout! This app needs a lot of work done to it!!

Way too much security for an app that doesn’t need it. Logging into your account takes way too long. Trying to reset your password is impossible.

I’m standing right in front of the restaurant and app says no location in my area after I put in zip code.

The Roswell location doesn't appear on the map in the app. I have no way to select it.
Summer fun pass
I will say I am loving this summer fun pass!! loving the fact that all food is 50% off and the girls can come and play while we eat and enjoy ourselves. I got a pizza wings and breadsticks for $31. You cannot beat that. Usually it would’ve been about $65.. Plus the girls get to play love in life.

Needs to be redone
Horrible app, needs to be remade entirely, app is not fluent whatsoever its not even compatible with iphone. Tried to order wasnt letting me use copy or paste my info then after struggling with that it tells me theres no way to contact that specific Peter piper, Had to call to just order. I trusted the app would work, it didnt.

Horrible service today
Wrong order, which also sat on top of the oven when they told me it would be another 10 minutes. The only way to get a refund is to drive back in. And apparently are not allowed to tell costumers when GM will be there for concerns! Too many parties booked on The weekends, no place for walk ins to sit and can’t handle orders accordingly.

Delicious Pizza Inaccurate app
I love Peter’s but I have recently had such an issue with the “estimated” wait time on my order. I am out an about for my day and if I have an online order I feel you should be able to give me updates or at least an accurate wait time so I’m not stuck standing around for 30 mins 15 mins after my pizza was supposed to be ready.

App is Horrible
App does not recognize coupon code from the pizza boxes. The option to pay at restaurant was removed, payment is expected even though coupons are in hand but not recognized by app. Redeeming rewards is confusing for first time users. Therefore accidental redemption is inevitable.

No free sauce?
Really enjoy the pizza here, but the app no longer shows the option to order any extra sauce. That is one of the main reasons we get pizza here. Disappointed, hope this is corrected.
Burnt and cold
I ordered for delivery. The food was 30 min past its delivery. It was cold and the crust was hurt. I emailed customer service and never got a response. Peter piper is my favorite. This was terrible service

I ordered pickup and got the worst pizza I have ever had from Peter Piper Pizza, it was so greasy that the whole bottom of the box was greasy and we tried to soak up the grease on top of the pizza with over 10 paper towels. I feel like we got a left over pizza from the lunch buffet and was just thrown back thru the oven. I will always very carefully look at my pickup pizza from PPP.

Rewards
I live Peter Piper Pizza and we order every week, but I HATE that I build up rewards points and the app will never allow me to redeem them. I had almost 3000 points and redeemed 2000 for a free pizza while ordering g wings, and it deducts my points but never adds my pizza. This has happened to me at least 3 times with different items. You guys really need to fix this ASAP - hella disappointment!

Issues with App
I very rarely use this app because it is not user friendly. I have made several attempts to use my rewards and it never works. I just lost 400 points because I was trying to redeem them for a free side salad and it wouldn’t let me but took the points away anyway. I truly hate this app.
I love Peter piper so much
They people who take my order are always so nice and patient with me! The pizza will always be my favorite of all time!!!
