Very basic.
Needs a redesign. Lags in sign in. Should be able to sign in when offline and catch previous data aleast to see something.
Feels like really old tech.
The my overview no longer shows what trips you are assigned on the iPhone app.
The only way to see it highlighted on my overview is on desktop, or signed in on a browser on a tablet.
Should be able to actually save for offline and not require a full download every login.

Does not work most of the time. Hasnt been updated in 8 months. Terrible
Worst app. Do not use.
Highly unsatisfied with this app. From the user interface to basic functions pre and post updates. It’s as if they hate their customers.

Every update causes new issues
Latest update 1.9.3 now doesn’t even work. I login and just have a white screen. This app has been such a headache ever since we switched to BART.
Co pilot App is not working
Download failed try again later message whenever trying to log in App.
