I read there is an Apple Watch app: where can I get it I can’t find it in App Store.

Great app, would like to see some more critical alert tones for when the pager does go off.

Excellent app, some more polish required.
Lots of features available, not all of which are used by all organisations. Would be handy to disable some to save confusion. Also make sure you get your personal information correct the first time because it doesn’t matter how many times you try to update your info, it never saves the changes.
Unfortunately, newest version seems have notification volume linked in iOS media volume, not the ringer volume. If you’ve been playing music/watching videos at low volume prior to putting your phone down, you may not hear even your critical alerts.

Add the ability for users to add their own qualifications
It would be nice if users could update their own profile qualifications eg. add a chainsaw icon to your profile so it shows up when responding. Currently in large groups of people sometimes the Bart admins can’t keep up with updating bart users training profiles as fast as people receive new skill trainings leading to confusing during responding if your trying to see if you have enough people responding with a certain skill set
